Our Service Plan Features
All of our service plans include the same basic features to ensure your smart home technology keeps running smoothly for years.
- Remote Repair: Have our technicians remotely monitor and repair issues without making an on-site service call. We often resolve issues through remote repair before you notice any downtime.
- Extended Support: No matter when an issue arises, someone is there to help. Through our service plans, you receive 24/7 support in the platform that makes the most sense to you. Reach out via phone, text, chat or email.
- App Management: Through our service app, you can do basic troubleshooting to resolve many common issues. If you need additional help, put in a support ticket directly through the app.
- Discounted Rates: Need an on-site service call to resolve an issue? Not only do you get discounted labor rates, but priority scheduling as well.
How Does Remote Monitoring Work?
Our remote monitoring and repair features will have the most significant impact on the health of your smart home. Still, we understand why people might be wary of a technician looking in on their smart home devices. So, we’d like to explain exactly what our techs can and can’t see.
Our remote monitoring dashboards will show whether network-connected devices are up and running, if your internet is up or down, and gauge your upload and download speeds. Some AV, security and lighting components may provide additional status updates.
No technician will ever see how you use devices—the pages you visit on your computer, the programs you’re watching on your television, the footage on your security cameras, etc. Any specific video or audio calibration problems will also not show up on our end, though we’ll gladly troubleshoot the issue with you through our 24/7 support.
