Via the Acadian Home Theater app, you can easily submit a service request 24/7. Every time you submit a request, we immediately receive an email and place it within our scheduling process. Through the app, you can keep up with the status of your request. Often, our team uses remote management software to resolve the issue without even having to make a service call.

Remote Management

Using software installed in your Control4 system, our technical staff monitors all of your technology remotely to spot issues the second they turn up. Not only will they quickly locate the exact problem, but they can often resolve it without calling you. Issues that do require service calls are also easier to resolve.
